The Dreamland Constitution shall be an outline of the server's administration. Its intentions shall be to limit the power of the server staff, strengthen and clarify the law, and organize the administration and control of the server.
The listing of ranks shall go as follows:
Regular
- Member
- Member+
- Advanced Member
* The requirements for the Member+ rank shall be an active player for at least two week
* The Advanced Member rank is available to those who have been continuously active and loyal for a minimum of two to three months.
Other
- Police
- Administrator
- President
* The Police and Administrators are to be appointed by the President or Prime Minister
* The President is to be determined through elections, or appointment by the Prime Minister
* Nobody of any rank is to have an in-game advantage over any other rank.
Section II: Company funding
Companies may receive funding from the Bank of Dreamland. Any company with a purposeful cause and active member base may request funding.
The bank of DreamLand has control by the Administrators and President of DreamLand. Money may be printed only for the use of funding projects and buildings for public use/benefit, as well as for the funding of state-owned companies.
Section II: Currency
The Currency of Dreamland shall be known as the Dollar, which may be put into circulation by selling gold ingots or printing money.
No official punishments/legal consequences for breaking the Dreamland Law is set in stone. However, if a player of the server does feel to as if a staff member is being excessive or harsh with their actions, then a player may report this on the website or chat as a ban appeal. Staff members caught doing so will face counter-punishment.
Section II: Methods
The methods of enforcing the law through legal consequences will involve the following:

- Warning
- Forced disconnection (kicked from the server)
- Muted
- Forced labor
- Imprisonment
- Ban
* If the server is to be full at any time, prisoners and forced laborers may be kicked off the server to make way for new connections.
* Forced laborers will be sent towards the Siberian world to work. A police officer or administrator will assign their exact duties and the amount of work they need to do before they are to be released
The system of forced labor is a means to gain profitability off rule breakers. The profit will be towards public sector companies and the general community itself.
Section III: Zero-tolerance griefing policy
Severe griefing that is intentional will automatically result in permanent forced labor or imprisonment. A griefer may only be pardoned after a certain time if the President or Prime Minister deems that the griefer will not grief again.
Section IV: Anti-hacking policy
Server bans will only apply to hackers, and not all will be permanent. If a hacker is determined to be significantly profiting of their hacking, they will be subject to raids or property seizure depending on what they have specifically hacked.
Section V: Property seizure and raids
In addition to hacking, one may have their property subject to being seized or raided if they commit a very serious rule violation or end up being permanently imprisoned, banned, etc. The profit gained by doing so will be put towards public companies or the general public's benefit.
The Constitution shall be the law of the land, and must be followed at all times unless martial law is to be declared.
